Warranty claim information

JAYS Support can only handle warranty claims directly if your product have been purchased from the JAYS Online Store. If you did not buy the product from the JAYS Online Store, then contact the reseller that sold you the product to make the warranty claim.

In order to handle a warranty claim, a valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required by JAYS, our retailers and distributors.
