Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. However, as an earphone is a hygienic product used inside or on the ear, we only accept a return of a product as long as the package is unbroken. If the package is broken, the product can't be returned and refunded.

If you have a change of heart regarding a purchase made at JAYS Online Store, you may return your product within 14 days. For acceptance of your return, the product must be in perfect condition and package unbroken. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping charges related to a return to JAYS in Sweden, and paid return shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be made within 14 days upon receiving of the product, and will be transferred to the original buyer’s credit card.
